Project Management
We have streamlined our
service offer as well as our
production methodology to
come up with criteria for
developing client solutions.
This process template is
formulated to manage your
budget and aspirations while
minimizing the scope for
discrepancies at the end of
the project lifecycle.

Our Methodology:
Consultation
This initial contact allows
us to assess your
aspirations and needs as
well as identifying the
intended target, be it a
business or consumer
audience. Together we’ll
assemble a creative brief to
clarify objectives - each
element at this stage is
geared towards focusing the
project and tailoring the
proposed solution.
Planning
During this phase ideas are
formulated, brainstorming
leads to concepts, and
critical information is
structured to form a
‘Functional Specification’
document. Costings are then
worked out taking into
consideration the estimated
project timings and our day
rates. Once these factors
meet the clients approval
the project is signed off
and production can then
commence.
Project Management
A project manager is
appointed and is responsible
for gathering source
material, communications,
maintaining the standard of
deliverables, changes to
timings and general decision
making. From this point
onwards the project manager
is the primary contact
during the project’s life
cycle and will continue to
co-ordinate the next three
phases of workflow.
Implementation
The Implementation stage
begins with visual design
for top-level graphics and
artwork and several ‘look
and feel’ screens are
usually presented to the
client. Once the user
experience or interface
elements have been decided
on the ‘Functional
Specification’ is fully
executed. Modular
development is applied to
large-scale projects,
allowing the project to be
carefully scrutinized,
tested and, if need be,
modified accordingly.
Deployment
Before migration to the
delivery platform, the beta
version enters the final
phase of quality assurance
and/or bug testing to ensure
that it is devoid of errors
and running at peak
performance. Necessary
adjustments are made,
concluding with a final
signoff and live launch
across the chosen medium.
Support
The live launch doesn't
necessarily mean the end of
the project. We can be
available to assist with
promoting the completed
project, updates or any
technical issues that may
arise. Our intention is to
nurture all of our client
engagements, developing
mutually beneficial
relationships and continue
to work on directly related
or collateral projects. |
